Raven Homes was formed in 2017 and is part of an established, award-winning provider of homes across Surrey and Sussex.

Dedicated to changing lives, our mission is to create inspirational new communities and help people realise the dream of owning their own home, where they want to live.

We understand that not everyone’s needs are the same when it comes to finding a home which is why we provide both private outright sale and shared ownership developments.  But the ethos is the always the same; we want our residents to feel safe in the knowledge that they have made the right decision to buy a Raven Home where they can enjoy making new friends and new memories.

At the heart of everything we do, is our commitment to provide exceptional service and deliver on any promises we make. We’re not a faceless organisation, we are real people who care and we believe that listening to our customers, can help shape the decisions we make to be successful now - and for years to come.

We aim to deliver around 200 new homes for sale each year.  Raven Homes is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Housing Trust. Being community focused, we actively support the local areas in which we build through a wide range of activities but  we also invest all profits into projects which improve lives and into providing much needed affordable homes throughout Surrey and Sussex.
